Attitudinal Analytics® -- the fastest route to conversion improvement
The fastest, most productive route to conversion improvement lies in identifying visitors whom your site fails, understanding where and why the site failed them, then fixing at their root the problems that caused the failures.
This is easier said than done, however, because web analytics and visitor satisfaction surveys -- the two data sets most commonly used for understanding the user experience -- are not captured as an integrated data set.
Web analytics spit out a constant stream of unanswered questions about visitor behavior:
- why did they drop out of the conversion funnel,
- why did they abandon their shopping carts,
- why did they leave from a product page, and
- why are people not placing orders with us?
Web analytics reports can't provide answers to these questions because they don't know who these visitors are or why they behaved as they did.
HTML satisfaction surveys, on the other hand, tell a website who's coming to the site, why they come, and how they felt about their experience. But HMTL surveys can't capture a respondent's clickstream behavior so there is no simple way to tell what content, functions, or navigational decisions influenced the visitor's response to the site.
These holes in the respective data sets leave sites guessing about true causality. Guessing is an expensive and often counterproductive way to fill the data gaps.
This is where we come in. Our WebIQ® survey technology captures a visitor's survey answers and their page-by-page journey through the website as a single integrated record of who they are and what they did. We know where the site failed its visitors, who failed, why they failed, and most importantly the best way to eliminate the problem at its root. We remove the need for guesswork.
