What should you do first?
Sorry, there is no single starting point. Depending on your specific situation we will recommend a starting point for you. Here are a couple of rules of thumb:
- If you know you have usability problems - based on customer or anecdotal feedback - we will typically recommend a usability test. This will yield dozens of actionable recommendations, prioritized by importance, that can be quickly addressed to improve the user experience.
- If you have an existing web site and really don't know whether it is meeting the needs of your customers or prospects, we will typically recommend an online research solution Attitudinal Analytics®. This will yield metrics, direct customer feedback, and our analyst's assessment of the site with actionable recommendations for improvement.
